About the Job
Seeking PRN Illinois-licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a multidisciplinary, musculoskeletal, positive atmosphere, community-based practice. Provide therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in our outpatient physical therapy clinic.
New Grads are Welcome.
Qualifications:
- BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from a physical therapy program approved by the American Therapy Association.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AED).
- Current Physical Therapy License for state of operation, Illinois.
- Basic computer skills.
- They will be responsible for coordinating with other healthcare professionals working with their patients.
- Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice as well as state standards.
- Develop Plan of Treatment, including short and long term goals, and collaborate with other staff members.
